Matthew Monroe
Matthew Monroe is an industry leading staffing professional with over 11 years of experience supporting various commercial, government, and Intel Community customers. While originally from Northern Virginia, he has also lived in both Colorado and North Carolina. Matt played competitive hockey in college, is an avid outdoorsman, loves skiing and snowboarding (has skied 90% of the resorts in the US), and has successfully climbed 15 of North America’s highest 100 peaks.
He has placed individuals on programs nationwide, supporting Fortune 500 clients, emerging start-ups, as well as niche technology firms. His determination has led to hundreds of successful placements over the years.
Robert Woodard
Robert Woodard has over 10 years of professional staffing experience, spanning multiple markets to include commercial, government, and healthcare customers. Born on an Air Force base in the UK, Robert moved to the DC metro area and that is where he currently lives today with his wife and daughter. Robert is a decorated athlete who won USA Track and Field Nationals 5 times while in middle and high school.
He went to the University of Delaware on a full football scholarship, was a projected 1st team All-America his junior year, and played with super bowl MVP Joe Flacco in his senior year. After college he tried out for the Redskins, but ultimately gave that up to start a career in staffing.
Robert has consistently led the teams he has worked on and has placed over 75 individuals (systems, software and network engineers) in one calendar year for various customers of his.
